Job Duties/Requirements
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Help customers with orders and product knowledge through email, phone, online screen sharing, etc.
- Generate sales among customers, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Onboard and integrate new accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
- Make sure client accounts receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicate customer needs and demands to the business development team.
- Forecast and track customer account metrics.
Customer Support Representative
Job Requirements/Duties
- Under general direction, provide information and respond to inquiries from customers and other employees regarding service requests, rates, basic high-bill inquiries, credit processes, energy conservation, customer programs, billing information, and company policy.
- Relieve other customer service personnel and/or be responsible for a specialized area of customer service.
- Perform cashiering tasks as required, process mail returns, account changes or corrections, and respond to miscellaneous customer inquiries. Update customer information. Compile reports and perform other office and clerical tasks as required. Process customer correspondence.
